Depending on the way it is used, WooCommerce processes in particular product, shopping basket, order, customer, invoice, delivery, contact, payment-method and account data. By default, WooCommerce stores, among other things, ordered products, time of order, name, email address, telephone number, billing address and, where applicable, shipping address, as well as information about the payment method used. (5) Extensions may be used in particular for the shopping basket and checkout, product display, product galleries, search, customer accounts, invoices and PDF documents, shipping, payment processing, inventory management, reviews, vouchers, email delivery, forms, SEO, translations, security functions, spam and bot protection, backups, caching, performance optimisation, consent management, analytics, marketing, social media and other shop functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Where extensions transfer data to external services, processing takes place in accordance with the respective purpose and the applicable legal basis. WooCommerce itself points out that extensions may, for example, transfer data to payment providers, shipping services, email, analytics, reporting and other external services. Payment service providers may process personal data in part under their own data-protection responsibility. PayPal, for example, describes the processing of identification, financial, transaction, device and tracking data; Stripe may act as controller or processor depending on the activity; Klarna processes, among other things, contact and identification information for the relevant payment methods and may carry out creditworthiness and fraud checks. (1) Jokerchips may use Google services. Depending on the specific service used, the data processed may include in particular IP address, device and browser information, pages accessed, interactions, referrer, times, location information, cookie and advertising IDs, and other usage data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(2) When Facebook or Instagram presences are visited, Meta processes personal data in accordance with its own privacy policies. Depending on the respective function, Jokerchips may receive information about interactions, messages, comments and statistical analyses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Where Meta Pixel is used, it may be used to measure website interactions, advertising success, conversions, audience creation and optimisation of Facebook and Instagram advertising.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Where corresponding functions are used and this is legally permissible, audiences may be created for advertising measures or existing audiences may be addressed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Where the Meta Conversions API or comparable server-side interfaces are used, event and conversion data may be transmitted to Meta on the server side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Where content from Facebook or Instagram is embedded directly into the website, a connection to Meta may be established when such content is loaded. Where consent is required for this purpose, the content is integrated only after the relevant consent has been given.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where consent is required by law for this purpose, the relevant activation takes place only after consent has been given.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
